LABORATORY AND RESEARCH USE ONLY

Transition Biotech research-use-only products are sold strictly for lawful, independent laboratory and research purposes. PURCHASER RESPONSIBILITIES

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION

Certificates of Analysis and other documents are batch-specific when applicable. A document applies only to the product or batch identified on that document. Product information and documentation do not constitute a guarantee of any particular research result or outcome.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND COMPLIANCE REVIEW

All orders are subject to product availability, destination eligibility, and compliance review. Transition Biotech may refuse, cancel, limit, or hold an order because of suspected fraud, compliance requirements, destination restrictions, carrier limitations, or product availability.

All orders are shipped the same day. Orders placed after carrier pickup, on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the next available business day. Carrier transit time begins after the carrier accepts the shipment.

PRICING, DISCOUNTS, TAXES, AND FEES

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change. Promotional offers are subject to their stated requirements and expiration terms. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other required fees will be displayed during checkout when available.

Transition Biotech may correct an obvious pricing, product, or order-processing error before fulfillment. If an order cannot be completed after payment, the purchaser will be contacted using the information provided with the order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping methods, carrier services, estimated delivery windows, tracking, address requirements, delays, and damaged-package procedures are governed by the Shipping Policy.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Purchasers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address and monitoring carrier tracking, delivery attempts, and notices.

FINAL SALES, RETURNS, AND DAMAGE CLAIMS

Research-use-only product sales are final except when Transition Biotech determines that a verified shipping-damage claim qualifies for review. Eligibility requirements, documentation requirements, vial-cap requirements, claim decisions, and unauthorized returns are governed by the Refund and Return Policy.

Submitting photographs or other documentation allows a claim to be reviewed but does not guarantee a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution. Purchasers must not return a product unless Transition Biotech provides explicit return instructions.

ACCEPTABLE WEBSITE USE

Users must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, submit fraudulent information, misuse website content, or use the website to facilitate unlawful activity. Purchasers are responsible for providing accurate order and contact information.
