Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Transition Biotech processes, releases, tracks, and supports eligible orders. All orders are sent to distribution immediately for same-day shipping.

TRANSITION BIOTECH SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are shipped to eligible locations based on product availability, carrier availability, destination eligibility, and compliance review. Transition Biotech may refuse, cancel, limit, or hold an order because of suspected fraud, compliance requirements, destination restrictions, carrier limitations, or product availability.

SAME-DAY SHIPPING

All orders are sent to distribution immediately and shipped the same day. Orders placed after carrier pickup, on weekends, or on holidays will ship on the next available business day.

Same-day shipping refers to Transition Biotech's processing and release of an order to the distribution provider. Carrier transit time begins after the carrier accepts the shipment and is separate from Transition Biotech's same-day shipping process.

SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

Available shipping methods, carrier services, estimated delivery windows, shipping charges, taxes, and applicable fees are displayed during checkout when available for the purchaser's destination.

Orders that qualify for free shipping must total at least $250 after all discounts have been applied. Free-shipping eligibility may vary based on the product, address, carrier, destination, and other checkout requirements.

Shipping methods and charges selected during checkout apply only to the order for which they were selected. Selecting an expedited carrier service does not guarantee a specific delivery date because carrier delays and circumstances outside Transition Biotech's control may affect transit.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Tracking information will be provided when the carrier makes it available. Purchasers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates, delivery attempts, carrier notices, and the final delivery status of their order.

A carrier scan, delivery estimate, or estimated arrival date may change after a package enters transit. Transition Biotech does not control carrier operations and cannot guarantee delivery dates after an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Weather, service interruptions, destination restrictions, high carrier volume, weekends, holidays, and other carrier delays may affect delivery.

SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY

Purchasers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order. Transition Biotech is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, loss, return-to-sender fees, or additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the purchaser.

If an address correction is needed, contact Transition Biotech immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been sent to distribution.

LOST, DELAYED, DAMAGED, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

Purchasers should report a lost, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered package through the Transition Biotech support channel as soon as possible. Supporting photographs, packaging information, tracking details, order information, or other documentation may be required.

For damaged research-use-only products, the vial cap must remain fully attached and intact for a review to be considered. Purchasers should retain the product, all packaging materials, and the complete contents of the delivered order until Transition Biotech provides further instructions.

Carrier investigations and claim decisions may require additional time. Transition Biotech will review the available documentation, but submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund, replacement, store credit, or other resolution.

Damage-claim eligibility, documentation requirements, vial-cap requirements, and unauthorized returns are governed by the Refund and Return Policy.

COMPLIANCE AND ORDER RESTRICTIONS

Transition Biotech may refuse, cancel, limit, or hold a shipment because of suspected fraud, compliance requirements, destination restrictions, carrier limitations, product availability, or other circumstances that prevent lawful fulfillment.

All research-use purchases remain subject to the Research Use Notice and the Terms of Service.

APPAREL AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILLMENT

Apparel, gear, and other merchandise may be produced or shipped by a third-party fulfillment provider. These items may arrive separately from research-use products and may follow the provider's applicable production, shipping, tracking, exchange, and return procedures.

U.S. carrier transit estimate

For U.S. research-material orders, estimated carrier transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. This is separate from order handling and is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. International delivery estimates depend on the destination and service shown at checkout.

Same-day dispatch cutoff

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time on business days are prepared for same-day carrier handoff. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are prepared the next business day. Same-day shipping means same-day dispatch preparation; it is not a same-day delivery promise. International shipping is available only where an active destination-specific method appears at checkout. If no method appears for a destination, contact support before ordering.
