Refund & Return Policy

This refund and return policy explains the requirements for Transition Biotech research-use products. Because product integrity, documentation, and controlled handling cannot be verified after delivery, all research-use-only product sales are final at checkout.

RUO REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Transition Biotech does not accept returns or exchanges and does not issue refunds, replacements, or store credits for RUO products after a completed sale. This final-sale policy applies when a customer changes their mind, orders the wrong product, no longer wants the product, or cannot use the product for its intended lawful research purpose.

Customers should review the product listing, nominal quantity, available documentation, shipping information, and the Research Use Notice before completing an order.

SHIPPING-DAMAGE ELIGIBILITY

The only exception considered under this refund and return policy is verified shipping damage. A customer who receives a damaged RUO product must contact Transition Biotech immediately after delivery. Waiting to report visible damage may prevent Transition Biotech from confirming when or how the damage occurred.

Delivery delays, carrier interruptions, tracking issues, incorrect addresses, and misdelivered packages are handled according to the separate Shipping Policy. A delayed delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, replacement, credit, or other resolution.

REQUIRED DAMAGE DOCUMENTATION

To request a shipping-damage review, the customer must provide clear photographs showing:

• The damaged product.
• The exterior and interior shipping packaging.
• The complete contents of the delivered order.
• The vial with its cap fully attached and intact.
• Any visible damage relevant to the request.

Transition Biotech may request additional photographs, tracking information, packaging details, order information, or other documentation needed to evaluate the claim. Providing documentation allows a review to occur but does not guarantee approval.

VIAL CAP AND PRODUCT INTEGRITY

The vial cap must remain fully attached and intact. It must not be removed, opened, broken, punctured, loosened, tampered with, or separated from the vial in any way.

If the vial cap is not fully intact, the request for a review, replacement, refund, credit, or other resolution is void. Transition Biotech cannot verify product integrity after the protective closure has been altered.

CLAIM REVIEW AND DECISIONS

Transition Biotech reserves the right to approve or deny any shipping-damage claim after reviewing the available evidence. Claim decisions may consider the condition of the product, packaging, vial cap, photographs, tracking history, delivery information, and timing of the customer's report.

No replacement, refund, store credit, or other resolution is guaranteed. When a claim is approved, Transition Biotech will determine the appropriate resolution based on the verified circumstances.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Customers must not mail or ship a product back to Transition Biotech unless they receive explicit return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Sending a product without authorization does not create eligibility for a refund, replacement, exchange, credit, or reimbursement of shipping costs.

APPAREL AND NON-RUO ITEMS

This policy applies only to RUO products sold through Transition Biotech. Apparel, gear, and other non-RUO merchandise may be produced or fulfilled by a third-party provider and may follow separate return, exchange, production, and shipping rules. Customers purchasing apparel should review the applicable information provided through TB Performance.

QUESTIONS BEFORE ORDERING
