The Transition Biotech Researcher Referral Program is a researcher reward program for eligible registered researchers. It is separate from the Transition Biotech affiliate program and does not provide commissions, cash payments, balances, or transferable value.
How the program works
- An eligible registered researcher shares their private Transition Biotech referral link with a qualified research colleague.
- The referred researcher must be a genuinely new Transition Biotech researcher and complete a first qualifying paid purchase through the referral link.
- After the qualifying order completes the 30-day paid-order review period and remains eligible, Transition Biotech issues the referring researcher one single-use reward for 15% off a future eligible order.
Referral attribution
A valid referral link sets a secure referral record in the referred researcher’s browser for 30 days. The 30-day attribution window begins when the referred researcher first visits Transition Biotech through a valid private researcher referral link. While that valid referral record remains active, a later researcher referral link does not replace it. Attribution depends on the same browser retaining the referral record; clearing cookies, changing browsers or devices, using an invalid or expired link, or completing the purchase after the 30-day window may prevent attribution.
Orders carrying affiliate attribution are not eligible for a researcher referral reward. A referral is recorded only when the qualifying order is placed and passes the program’s identity, prior-purchaser, affiliate, fraud, and payment checks.
Paid-order review period
The 30-day paid-order review period begins when the referred researcher’s first qualifying order is confirmed paid and the reward is queued. At the end of that period, the order must still be paid, unrefunded, not chargebacked, not cancelled, and otherwise eligible. If those conditions are met, the reward is issued. If the order is refunded, reversed, disputed, cancelled, determined to be affiliate-attributed, or otherwise becomes ineligible before issuance, no reward is issued. A reward issued because of an error, fraud, refund, or chargeback may be disabled or reversed.
Reward rules
- The reward provides 15% off with no maximum discount.
- The eligible merchandise subtotal must be at least $100, excluding tax and shipping.
- The reward expires 90 days after it is issued.
- The reward is restricted to the Transition Biotech account and email address that earned it.
- Each reward may be used once and only one referral reward may be used per order.
- The reward may be combined only with the active public promotion specifically designated by Transition Biotech, such as TB20.
- The reward cannot be combined with WELCOME10, an affiliate code, another referral reward, or any other coupon.
- Rewards have no cash value and cannot be sold, assigned, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
Qualifying referrals
A qualifying referral must involve a different person or organization making a genuine first paid purchase. Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, prior purchasers represented as new researchers, affiliate-attributed orders, coupon-site traffic, fraudulent orders, cancelled orders, failed payments, refunds, and chargebacks do not qualify. Shared addresses, networks, or institutional facilities may be reviewed rather than automatically rejected.
Transition Biotech may delay, withhold, disable, or reverse a reward when an order does not remain eligible or when reasonable fraud, duplicate-account, payment, compliance, or abuse concerns exist.
Responsible sharing and required disclosure
Referral links are intended for personal sharing with qualified laboratory, institutional, business, or independent researchers. They may not be distributed through unsolicited bulk email or text messages, automated posting, coupon or deal websites, deceptive advertising, impersonation, or paid advertising using Transition Biotech trademarks without written authorization.
Whenever a researcher recommends Transition Biotech using a referral link, they must clearly disclose: “I may receive a Transition Biotech discount if you make a qualifying purchase through this link.”
No referral message may make medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, dosing, reconstitution, administration, human-use, veterinary-use, safety, efficacy, disease, weight-loss, or outcome claims. Rewards are issued for qualifying referrals, not for reviews, ratings, testimonials, or positive statements.
Research-use-only restriction
Transition Biotech products are intended strictly for lawful laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic purposes. Participation in the program does not modify the website Terms and Conditions, checkout attestations, product restrictions, or applicable law.
Program administration
Transition Biotech may change or end this program prospectively, correct technical errors, review eligibility, and enforce these terms. Valid rewards already issued before a prospective program change will remain subject to their stated expiration and eligibility rules unless fraud, abuse, refund, chargeback, or legal or processor restrictions require otherwise.
